Currently, I do not bill insurance directly. To provide the quality of care you deserve—one-on-one, hour-long sessions—I choose to stay independent of insurance restrictions and limitations. However, I can provide a Superbill (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance provider first to see if they accept Superbills for partial reimbursement.

I understand that paying out-of-pocket for rehabilitation and performance care can be challenging for some families. On a case-by-case basis, especially for youth athletes, I offer scholarships or adjusted fees to make care more accessible.

Sessions purchased in a package expire 60 days after date of purchase.
